About Me
What’s worse than putting so much time and effort into an event… only for the food to suck? Or only two people to show up? Or half the speakers to cancel?
Technically, my background is in program management for people operations and technical teams. But after spending 10 years managing global employee programs and culture strategies, I realized something surprising: I’m deeply passionate about well planned events.
At first, Thanks for Coming focused on private events like weddings and birthdays. Those were incredible, but over time, I found an opportunity to pivot into a niche that’s often overlooked: Event Operational Excellence. I took my decade of project management experience and built a consultancy that helps businesses design, plan, and execute events that actually work.

That’s why I founded Thanks for Coming Events—a boutique event consulting studio born from a career of corporate program planning, private event design, and a desire to make every event more intentional. Today, I help organizations that don’t necessarily need a full-time planner but do need expert guidance to see their event through.
I’m rooted in the belief that people remember how they felt more than anything else.
I bring the precision of a project manager, the heart of a storyteller, and the wisdom of a workplace culture consultant to every table I set and every experience I design. Whether I’m managing a $50K budget for a 300-person conference or curating an intimate celebration for 20, my goal is always the same: to create spaces people want to be in.
